Yes, you can use the same account to rent items and list your own for lending.

Every profile includes reviews and ratings from other users. LittleLend also verifies users through Stripe, so you always know who you’re dealing with.

That’s up to you and the other parent. Pickup is often easiest, but shipping or delivery is possible if both parties agree.

Stripe is LittleLend’s payment partner. It handles all payments, deposits, and payouts automatically and securely. If you want to lend items, a Stripe account is required so that your earnings can be transferred directly to your bank account.

Once the rental period has ended and both parties confirm completion, the payout is automatically processed. The money usually arrives in your account within 1–3 business days.

Yes. All payments go through Stripe, one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. Stripe meets the highest European security standards (PCI DSS and PSD2).

Existing bookings can’t be changed. If you need to adjust something, you can cancel the booking and create a new one. Contact the other parent through the messaging system to coordinate.

Yes, as long as the rental period hasn’t started yet. Any applicable fees or conditions are listed in the cancellation policy on the platform.

Contact the lender immediately via the platform. Most parents handle such situations with understanding. If you’ve chosen insurance or a deposit guarantee, the damage will be handled according to those terms.
